SOUND POETRY OF ARTURO Zambo Cavero

APPEAL AGAINST PUNISHMENT

Two days before the passing of Arturo Zambo Cavero, I wrote this column in the SUNDAY supplement the daily La República. While visiting my mother, weary of so much glorious life there in the ICU of the hospital, watching my brother dying Arthur. Reproduce this text only to force eternity to be fair to these two human beings and show a picture of the great Juan Carlos Dominguez, the son of Chinese Dominguez, which shows Cavero Guillermo Thorndike and signed his last contract to make them memorable to our lives.

For Eloy Jáuregui

writing this column on Wednesday 7 October. Arturo Cavero And pray who is on the verge of death. Lashes that gives you life. At his side, in the Intensive Care Unit, also my mother struggle to not leave us. Juanita, the author of my days, I will not speak on this occasion for reasons of space and supreme sorrow Yes to Cavero whom I and my brother. And I remember the "Flaco" Menotti, when I arrived in Buenos Aires, saying not to fail to take the last record Cavero. That no one could sing better. And they did. Even when not accompanied by the maestro Oscar Avilés.

And when I met with well-polished shoes and speaking about the National broth, cornerstone of our feeling mestizo, cholo half and half Japanese, half sacalagua and other herbs, and Cavero that Wagner is a celebration and a Hitchcock of valsartan was superior teacher. And now it's dying screams. And that leaves us with this enormous vacancy that is its remarkable existence. And he knows because he is a professor received and because he studied at the National Pedagogical Institute for Boys. And who is always late, right, so being a musician in the early morning, then made him a degree and diploma at the University of San Marcos and attended master classes at the University of Lima.

That was born in the Barrios Altos and in the very Roundtable. Insomnia paved alley with two bathrooms and a pipe, satellite and nursing itself. And one who knows aconchabado since it appeared to the general public with Don Oscar in the LP with black and white cover where he played "The Bee" of "El Chino" Soto, never made me doubt that he is an artist who discovered the lights of life itself, the heart of urban feeling that he left his native culture, the neighborhood, its people, tradition and imagination. And now, stiff, Cavero, whispering as if singing the substance of existence. And as if singing, is applying his speech a asincopado of truth that almost everyone knows but few apply. And then also a silence because Cavero Logistics mystical happens to geopolitics macrobiotic and surgery to the national culinary space.

When Cave was pigeon played the bongos and people thought he was Cuban. And had the pleasure of playing with Xavier Cugat. But it looked Abancay Avenue rare and was a student of Johnny Criado, "the singer keeper" with a whole "Homeland Criollismo Friendship." Played drawer box and jawbone of a donkey, and their ladies, who also sang amorfinos knew, aguaenieves, Havana and boleros. One afternoon we came up with "El Chino" Dominguez for dry beans and sheet with meat in the house of Aunt Pilar in the "Alley of Confidence in full shred guts of Puno. Cavero And the thing is put together and sang "Olga" by Pablo Casas Padilla. Hence, this column is one of his verses: "Your bad despicable the need to pay ..."

Cavero Do not learned! Romulo as rods and Pancho Jiménez and everything that meant the University of Criollismo bajoventral: All the Creole Festival, and Los Embajadores Criollos and stop counting. Cavero is and will be the black priest of revelry. And without it, Creole will be sorry, pasapiolismo or bullshit. I pray for you, Arthur and my old lady. Do not go away because death will come and have their eyes, their tenderness and their songs.
