This is the sad story of Paco the pastry chef, a baker who came to the psychosis of pride after their ancestors won a national and international awards for quality and preparation of their delicious cakes.
compiling in its bakery in the old bakery of his grandfather, a master confectioner of the last century, beginning his art in 1932.
For many years left the bakery the best sweets for connoisseurs of increasingly demanding customers.
Grandpa and Paco's father worked long and hard and got the prestige and esteem of all his fellow local and national bakers. Paco's grandfather even won a major award of prestigious international pastry: it was in Paris in 1995 when one of his assistants Ceuta engendered a wonderful sweet nature and finishing which exceeded the qualities of the other bakers competitors.
Paco's father was reaping good reviews and the volume of customers in ever-rising until he decided to transfer the title of the bakery to his son.
overworked full confidence in the organizational, creative and professional of his son Paco, fresh out of college and with a more theoretical ideas of progression than anything else.
Paco was delighted with his new position as inherited social and professional prestige as hard accumulated by its predecessors and committed his first error: left the reins of the business to a cake amiquete that knew as much as a sardine on a steak.
The new ruler of the bakery, which had already assumed industrial proportions, is dedicated to signing assistants useless, with the placet of Paco, who was selling his pride out of the pastry field and in the background, pastries, and he was coming or going ..
Little by little, and because of the useless assistants, the quality of their pies down and down, to lose some of that hard earned national and international prestige. But the superb Paco did not acknowledge: his second big mistake!
The customers no longer buy their cakes and the few remaining faithful complained vehemently about the cockiness and arrogance of the helpers and the poor quality when developing products: Paco finally reacted and started to chum of his duties, returning to take charge personally, as they did his father and grandfather before.
But it was too late: the rolls were really inedible and not even introducing novel ingredients Chileans, Argentines, Portuguese, French and English to innovate and to reproduce the quality of old, came to win back his customers. The, at one time flourishing and prosperous bakery, began to have many expenses and could no longer pay its liabilities.
Bob realized how badly he managed the legacy of his family and looked at his huge debts and financial commitments to worry: he ruined household assets and the great prestige he had enjoyed his pastries for many years.
His aides were paid no wages and raw material was in third grade, occasionally even out of date ..
was the end of what could have been a beautiful story. Paco could have followed the footsteps of his father but chose humility and work out to conquer the universe with a tin spaceship. It burned in the ship with Paco. No more ship; Paco now floating aimlessly through the cosmos, pending final clash with one star, meaning its total disintegration. Too bad, too bad the story of Paco the Pastry ..
