My Sister With Her Web Cam

Best IX

After a weekend of rest more than necessary to recover from a formidable Valencia Fashion Week at the same time exhausting, I come to this, my blog, to discuss those parades more me liked. I used to speak of all or nearly all, but this, I now refer to the blog Trends in VLC where you will find a complete chronicle of each day desfiels.

Three days full of trendy, bustling, but generate an intimate coexistence : one that grows between people from different sectors within the same industry, which is fashion. Journalists (more than 300 accredited), bloggers, stylists, makeup artists, models, hairdressers, designers, assistant ... coexist in the same place for almost 72 hours. Well, even more, because the term "fashion week" is amply justified with previous work that requires the Valencia Fashion Week days before its official start .

The result of this work, or part thereof is reflected in the parades and the impact thereof. The workshops designers on the catwalk, the clothes come alive, carried by squalid and beautiful models. I show you my favorites of this ninth edition of the Valencia Fashion Week:

undoubtedly a success incorporating the signature Zazo & Brull the ranks of Valencia Fashion Week. The duo of young Clara and Xavi has a collection that speaks of mourning and forgetting, but no pardon should ask them because their designs were the delights the audience. Pastels, digital print in black and white reminiscent of the work of McQueen, and a black end incorporating the emerging trend synthetic hair. The same as that from the start of the parade carrying the model as a fringe, well featured on blond or brown hair. A new line that plays to the symmetries and born of "talk, walk and discuss ideas, confess their creators. Come back, please.

Other new faces in this Valencia Fashion Week has been Juana Martín. The Cordoba designer has decoupled itself from its usual flamenco-inspired designs for a proposed approach swimwear entirely sublime. Women rescued from the 50's, possibly from a magazine (referring to the title of the colecciomista, Magazine 20.11), haughty and elegant rage. supplements are crucial: high wedges, large bags, opulent earrings, and sunglasses over-size . The choice of a hairdresser, a success. And the essence of that bath-based highly feminine bustiers, bikinis and triquinis, which mark the shape and attributes of women. Juana Martín bet heavily on the high waist. Excellent.

"Life is too short to wear blue" is the premise proclaimed by the duo formed by acclaimed designer José Castro and the Galician company, like him, Siempreesviernes. Both have Found have been discovered, and have joined creative talents and production in the same direction. Do the mix is the title of the collaboration of José Castro Siempreesviernes after having gone through Desigual Kukuxumusu or Chupa Chups. The eccentric creator (ever compared with McQueen, also worked together) reaches Valencia with a collection that rescues the eighties and manages to avoid the tacks! We talked acid colors, denim, big and comic accessories, sconces glow in tops and shirts, and an overwhelming philosophy. To be lived as if it were always Friday. Road Studio 54 with Grace Jones or Michael Jackson co-pilot. Go!

And Studio 54 on a trip interspatial. This was proposed, without a doubt, the best designer of Valencia Fashion Week in recent years: Juan Vidal . More awards is not kindness, but rather the deserves. He is responsible for demonstrating fashion and creativity without any limits. A new ode to women. She was first Rocks, with a black rocker and silver sparkles. In February this would explosive cocktail called Bloody Mary , where women in red went one to one reinventing the possibilities of a little red dress, and a tremendous success! And when it seemed that there could be no better, EVA lands, being a pun: either an extravehicular activity or space that was the first woman on Earth, a symbol of attraction irreverent and sin. Again the woman, which star in the center and core the concept. The parade begins with women dressed in white astronaut, convinced that a white heels may be fabulous, to continue the burst of color and brightness of the supernova itself. Finally, the apocalyptic black hanging over the runway. structure plays dresses contrast: retrieves the classic cuts, then, back to the future based rigid nylon belts and thermoadhesive. Just the explosion. There are no words sufficient.

Finally, speaking of Rabaneda , signing young talent Daniel Rabaneda. He, still a graduate course, presented his first collection in Zone D of Valencia Fashion Week. And the award went to him for his different and risky bet. Indigenous Paris is the name of this young Seville proposal based on experimentation and the clash of cultures: an indigenous tribe lands in a capitalist city, so deeply rooted in fashion, like Paris. How would wear them? Well, as it has created Rabaneda: silk contrasts with tough materials like leather or wood boat. Accessories handmade, and best of all: those sandals with wooden heel and foot discovered, treading the earth mother. Is it any prize or not?

So far the history of the parades of Valencia Fashion Week, my favorite, but I also like to highlight the proposed Nona, a whole set of structures with fabric, well as that of Georgina Vendrell with your full commitment to men's fashion. If you want to know more about these shows and others, can go through blog Trends in VLC.

Incidentally, Valencia fashion week gave much of himself and both Sara and I had time to address some of the players to send a greeting to the blog of the magazine. I leave the video on the emerging models such as the award winning Marina Alonso and designers such as Maya Hansen or Daniel Rabaneda , waving to the camera minutes before the proclamation as the winning designer of Zone D. Hope you like!

In all, a lot more about Valencia Fashion Week: backstage, the blogger meeting held the second day, work after racks, etc.

Until next time!
